By using the operan API and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

operan provides an API for discovering agent skills, services, and protocols. The service builds a knowledge graph from publicly available web content and generates structured skill descriptions.

API Usage

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share your keys publicly. Rate limits apply based on your subscription tier. Abuse of the API may result in key revocation.

Intellectual Property

The knowledge graph is built from publicly available information. Generated skills are provided as-is. You may use generated skills in your own projects. The operan platform, code, and branding remain the property of operan.

Limitation of Liability

operan is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated skills or API responses. The accuracy and completeness of discovered information is not guaranteed.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
